I have been teaching yoga in Cardigan since 2016.

I am a psychology graduate of the London South Bank University and a registered state school teacher (University of Surrey, Roehampton), and a qualified yoga teacher trainer.

I worked for two years at The Himalaya Yoga Valley Teacher Training Centre.  

I am also a Reiki Master.
